Do you require a deposit?A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due by 3:00 PM CT on the Friday before the event.

Is there a weight limit for using the softplay equipment?Yes, each piece of equipment may have specific age, weight or size limits. These limits are in place to ensure safety and proper functioning.

Is AHA Softplay safe?Yes, safety is our top priority. AHA Softplay uses soft, padded materials to reduce the risk of injury. All equipment is carefully designed and tested to meet safety standards. However, we recommend that children be supervised at all times while using the play area.

Can AHA Softplay be used outdoors?AHA Softplay is primarily designed for indoor use, some equipment is suitable for outdoor use in certain conditions. If you plan to set up AHA Softplay outdoors, check with AHA Playworld to ensure that the equipment is appropriate for your event and outdoor environment.

What happens if i cancel the event or need to reschedule?You may cancel up to 7 days before the event, by 3:00 PM, for a full refund. Cancellations made after this window will forfeit the security deposit. If you wish to rebook, full payment will be required at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule for reasons other than weather, we reserve the right to require full payment to secure the new date.

Do you offer payment plans?Unfortunately, we do not offer payment plans. However, you are welcome to make partial payments towards your remaining balance at any time.

Are there any hygiene protocols in place?Yes, hygiene is a key priority. All softplay equipment is regularly cleaned and sanitized between uses. We encourage handwashing before and after playing, Please follow any additional health and safety guidelines provided by the venue.

Is AHA Playworld Insured?Yes, AHA Playworld is fully insured. We prioritize safety and take our responsibility to provide a secure environment for children very seriously. If your venue requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), please feel free to contact us.

What happens if there is adverse weather?We can set up outdoors; however, there are strict guidelines that may prevent us from doing so in certain conditions; If it's windy, lightning, the ground is damp or wet (whether grass or concrete), if rain is forecasted, we have to be prepared to reschedule. We will work with you to find an alternative date for the setup. If you're renting the equipment for an outdoor event, please discuss contingency plans with us in advance to ensure the play area remains safe and dry.

Is supervision required in the play area?AHA Playworld provides on-site staff supervision to ensure all rules are followed. However, adult supervision of children is still required at all times. AHA Playworld reserves the right to deny entry or ask any child to leave the play area if they are not adhering to the rules.
