Yes, hygiene is a key priority. All softplay equipment is regularly cleaned and sanitized between uses. We encourage handwashing before and after playing, Please follow any additional health and safety guidelines provided by the venue.

AHA Softplay is primarily designed for indoor use, some equipment is suitable for outdoor use in certain conditions. If you plan to set up AHA Softplay outdoors, check with AHA Playworld to ensure that the equipment is appropriate for your event and outdoor environment.

Yes, safety is our top priority. AHA Softplay uses soft, padded materials to reduce the risk of injury. All equipment is carefully designed and tested to meet safety standards. However, we recommend that children be supervised at all times while using the play area.

Yes, each piece of equipment may have specific age, weight or size limits. These limits are in place to ensure safety and proper functioning.

A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due by 3:00 PM CT on the Friday before the event.

You may cancel up to 7 days before the event, by 3:00 PM, for a full refund. Cancellations made after this window will forfeit the security deposit. If you wish to rebook, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
If you need to reschedule for reasons other than weather, we reserve the right to require full payment to secure the new date.

Unfortunately, we do not offer payment plans. However, you are welcome to make partial payments towards your remaining balance at any time.
