Cancellation Policy
Service Details: The Provider agrees to provide soft play equipment and services as outlined in the attached invoice and booking details. Services include delivery, setup, and retrieval of soft play items at the specified event location. Event Date and Location: The Client agrees to provide accurate details regarding the date, time, and venue for the soft play rental. Any changes must be communicated to the Provider at least 7 days before the scheduled event. Payment Terms: Payment for services is due on the Friday prior to the event date. Late payments may incur additional fees. A refundable security deposit may be required and will be returned upon satisfactory retrieval of equipment. Equipment Care: The Client agrees to use the soft play equipment responsibly and follow all safety guidelines provided by the Provider. Any damage or loss of equipment due to negligence will result in additional charges. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation by the Client 7 days before the event will result in a full refund if full balance due was paid prior to 7 days before event.
